page not found, but i havent changed anything?

  i have just installed wp on my own domain, (my second one i have already got wp installed successfully and running on another domain). but this time whenever i try to look at a post before i publish it, it cant find the page. and when i log in with:www.domain.co.uk/blog/wpadmin it cant find the page but if i use …/wp-admin.index.php that works fine. if anyone might have an inckling as to why this is, please let me know. in advance many thanks.
