'Page not found' error on all pages

  I haven’t changed anything, visited my WP hosted site today and noticed that other than the welcome page none of the links work. Attempting to access pages which are listed under pages in the admin interface gives a page not found error. Even if I try to create a new page and view it, I get the same error. Not sure what I can do to fix this, since I didn’t change anything. A google search mentions something about resetting permalinks, but given that this is WP hosted, I don’t think I can do that.
