Page Not Found in Public View, Visible in Private

    Hey, WordPress!
    I’m trying to help my grandma with her website. She had told me that when she views the ‘About’ page publically, as anyone not on her account would, it says ‘OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.’ It still shows the pages design, just no text other than that. When I went in to edit the revisions I found that the page shows up fine when I am logged in. She would like for others to see her ‘About’ page and she was wondering if something happened to make it not visible to the public and if there was anything we could do to fix this issue.

    Either that page hasn’t yet been published or you need to set the correct front page at Design/Customize/Homepage settings.
