Page not found message

  Everyone to whom I have given the address to my blog has been able to connect except for one friend who continually receives a “page not found” message. How could this be happening?

  Hello folks,

  I am having the same issue. I accidentally deleted the “Hello World” page and now when I log on to my blog I get a message that states “Not found”. The blog is still under construction but I didn’t want to go any farther until I fixed this issue. Please help.

  Go into write > posts and make a post with a title (anything you want) and a few words and publish it and the error page will go away. The reason it’s being seen is that there are no posts on the page.

  I’m seeing your blog just fine with Safari and with Firefox.

  I would check and make sure the friend that is having trouble is typing the URL in correctly. The other thing is to check and see what browser and version the friend is using. If by chance they are using IE5 or 5.5, that could well be the problem. IE6 is less of a problem and IE7 is solid.
