Page not found when clicking on a category/tag

  I don’t know how long this has been but today I clicked on my “Writing” tag in my tag cloud:
  http://walkingbetween.wordpress.com/category/writing/

  I got a Page not found error, then the tag just disappeared from the cloud as if it never existed (i pulled out some of my posts that had been tagged with “Writing” and they no longer had that tag any more)!

  Is this a known issue? Does anyone else have this and do you know how to fix it?
