‘page not found’ when trying to upload a new theme

  I can’t upload a theme that I’ve used many times before. I’ve already cleared the cache, used a different browser, incognito mode, deleted the site and started fresh, I tried using file manger. nothing
  
  It’s been 3 days and this is still not working.

  Someone please help!!
