Page not found with Goran theme

  When I chatted with a Happiness Engineer this morning about customizing the “page not found” page on the site, I was told there was no way to add a featured image with the Premium plan.

  However, after visiting @taapsir’s site at http://taapsiramchandani.com/ddd – I saw she has a featured image on her “page not found” page.

  I asked @taapsir how she was able to customize the “page not found” page on her site, but she said she didn’t do anything.

  How can I get a featured image for the “page not found” page on my site?

  I should add @taapsir is also using the Goran theme.
