Page not going ‘Public’/Not on menu bar

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to make a page ‘Public’. The page is ‘SNEAKER CLEANING’. When in ‘edit’ I have made the page public and pressed update. I have also added the page to the menu bar for easy access and it is not showing upthere. I don’t know if this is a matter of the page not being public or a matter of it not shoeing up in the menu bar.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  The only sites I see on your @nicolecapogna WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  • nicolecapogna.wordpress.com

  That site does not seem to have the issue you mentioned in your initial post. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
