  My newly published page http://www.bneiakiva.org.nz/high-holidays-appeal/ does not load unless you are logged into an admin account (it’s set to public though).

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  This issue could be due to a permissions or caching problem. Ensure that the page permissions are set to “public” and clear any caching plugins or server-side caching to resolve the problem.
  I also have the same problem with my website, but when I clear the cash, it will be resolved.

  FWIW I’m able to see the page you mention. Hopefully you’ve been able to resolve this.
