page not loading completely?

  Has anyone else seen this? it’s intermittent, but occasioanlly my blog only loads half way–it will put up the text and not images, or not the sidebars but the center, or some other oddity. I occasionally get this in the forums too.

  If I hit refresh, it’s usually ok when it reloads.

  Hi, Bug Girl! I get white pages here in the forum and need to hit refresh. It used to be sporadic, but now it’s happening more often.

  Every now and then my blogs take forever to load but I haven’t experienced what you describe.

  Try the following:
  Force a refresh on your browser…
  http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/09/06/force-refresh/

  Clear the browser’s cache…
  http://faq.wordpress.com/2008/05/01/clear-the-browsers-cache/

  …and hey, don’t forget: we recently introduced Google Gears into the WordPress.com experience. You should see a “Turbo” link in the top right of your dashboard. Click it!

  But…my point is, why should I *need* to refresh? I want the page to load correctly the first time!

  The partial loading is still happening, BTW. Mostly in the forum.

  Nope. but I was just coming here to report it’s suddenly gotten way, way worse. Not only is my blog screwed up, but the forum loads with no CSS.
  I’ve tried cleaning cache, no go.

  Help!?
  I guess July 4th is not a good day for this to happen :(

  It’s a Friday. Of course it would happen.

  I saw my blog with no CSS a few hours ago, but only once. Haven’t noticed any other errors. Yet.
