Page not posting

Add topic to favorites
I’m trying to publish a 3rd page to my blog titled Photo Gallery. When I click ‘Publish>View Page’ I can see it with all of my modifications perfectly but when I navigate away and come back it says ‘Oops! That page can’t be found.’ If I manually type in in its URL, the page will pull up but when clicking on the tab from the Home page, you see the error.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you see the page listed at My Sites > Pages ?

Good Morning –

Ok. there are 2 draft pages saved as “Photo Gallery” You can see those at My Sites > Pages > Drafts

Once you click on them, use the blue Publish button to activate them.

You can then add the page to your menu through these steps:

Thank you, I’ve done that several times. The problem is after I click publish and view the page, I can see it. However, for example, when I go to my Home page from there and then back to Photo Gallery, I get the error again. Like the “publish” isn’t sticking. There are more than one Photo Gallery pages because I tried starting from scratch to see if that would work but it hasn’t.

It sounds like you might be having a connection issue.

Are you working in the mobile / desktop app?

If in a browser can you let me know which type and version number? You can find that information at http://supportdetails.com/

Lastly, check your connection speed at https://speedtest.net/

Do you have access to another internet connection? At work, school, or a friends house? Give the publishing a try from a different connection to see if the issue persists.

Ok, I’ll try from a different browser tomorrow. Right now I use Google Chrome from my desktop at work and the speed is great (not sure of the exact speed). It worked well setting up the rest of the blog, just having trouble with this one specific page.

Which version of Chrome are you in?

Another possibility is that there’s a browser add on / extension that is interfering. Try disabling any of those.

Actually a friend of mine said it was accidentally linked to a contact page that was deleted. She did some coding and the problem is fixed. Thank you for your help!
