Page Not Showing Up In Drop-Down Menu
-
Hi all!
I need help.
I’ve just published a page, and designated it to a parent, but it doesn’t seem to appear in the menu.
The page should be called “Rings & Things Dresses” in “SHOP” but it’s not there. I published the page about a week ago I think.
What should I do? :(
Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks!

Is it visible under your Pages on your Dashboard? How does it look when you click View Page, and can you give us the URL of it?
-
Yeah, it appears in my Dashboard. When I click on “View Page”, it’s alright, it’s how it’s supposed to look with the gallery and all, but it’s still not in the menu. :/
Here’s the link for it.

Interesting. Everything I see indicates it SHOULD work. Try making it it’s own page (ie de-parent it) and save it, see if it appears in your page tabs, and then if it does, re-parent it again and update. I am about out of ideas as to why it’s not working.

Hey Raincoster, thanks for the suggestion. I’ve tried it, and it doesn’t appear on my page tabs either. :/
Could this be a bug in the theme I’m using (Pilcrow)? I’ve been using it a few months now and never had this happen before.

I’m afraid theme expertise is not my field. I don’t know that any of them limit the number of sub-pages, though.
Oh. Wait a minute. Edit the post and put some text in it, preferably BEFORE the gallery. That might be it.

*facepalm*
YES I AM!Okay, now I know what to do. *laughs* I haven’t updated the tabs in a few months, and I’d forgotten that I’m using a custom menu.
Thanks thesacredpath, for the reminder. :D I fixed it already.

Oh cause I was fiddling around, trying to see how things work. And I just left it at that since it worked.

@raincoaster, there are also a lot of themes here that do not natively support dropdowns. You have to use a custom menu on the bulk of the themes here if you want submenus.
