Page not updating after publishing-help!

  Hi there! recently new to WordPress, loving it so far! However recently I updated a blog post i was working on and for some reason now the site won’t update with my newly improved post, I’ve tried looking online for answers, however most suggested answers required me to download cache plugins of which WP wouldn’t allow me to install in the first place. I then tried uninstalling all my plugins and even clearing my WP native cache button (shown at the top of my website) and still nothing happened. For fun i even tried creating a new WP page and nothing showed up again. I’m not a tech guy so at this point I’m at a loss of what to do. It might not even be a cache problem I have no clue :D Any answers would be much appreciated- Dom

  Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com!

  If you’re using the open source version of WordPress.org software at another host, you can ask for help from the WordPress.org forum instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  Hi, oh right I got it. Um it won’t let me log in, says “unknown username”. Even though this is the same login credential as for my site. I bought WP through “Namecheap”, should i try and find help through there?

  You need to make sure you’re logging in from the correct portal. If you’re having troubles signing in. Please contact your host “Namecheap”.

  Okay got it. Contact “namecheap” to see if i can access wordpress.ORG and then ask help from them instead of wordpress.com right?

  Yes,’ “Namecheap” is where your website which is running on the opensource WordPress.org software is hosted so they can answer any question related to your hosting.

  Then if you have general question about your website you can post it on the WordPress.org help forum.
