  If you do not see your site here:
  https://wordpress.com/stats/day/turrtl3.wordpress.com

  Then it may be registered under a different user account. You will only be able to access it from the account that originally registered the domain.

  I further investigated and it looks like your site is not registered with WordPress. See below. You need to contact your host.
