Page not working

On my website on the contact us pages…. looking for a job, looking to hire and general enquiry tabs all have like the backing codes show up on the live website and I have deleted it but it still shows like this;

http://sorellaint.com is not a site hosted on WordPress.com which explains why https://sorellaint.wordpress.com/looking-to-hire-call-back-request/ works and http://sorellaint.com/looking-to-hire-call-back-request/ does not.
If you are unsure who your hosting company is, you can check your site at https://www.whoishostingthis.com.
Have you installed a contact form plugin on http://sorellaint.com ?
To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
