Page numbers disappearing…Please help!

The page numbers won’t appear at the bottom of my gallery pages. I have several pictures (more than one page), and last week they were there but now when I scroll to the bottom of the page they aren’t there, and there’s no way to see the next pictures.
Suspecting it was the infinite scroll feature that was causing the problem, I disabled it. But if I disable it, the two tabs at the bottom which allow you to scroll to the top of the page and the link to the “photographer” theme disappear.
The page links do not appear. If I enable infinite scroll, the two tabs simply re-appear but not the page links. Please help.
