  Hi,
  Couple of ways to do this.

  1. Use Mobile detect plugin for WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mobile-detect/
  2. Use built-in mobile detection for WordPress (if you are a developer): https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_is_mobile
