Page order and Sub-Pages
-
Hey folks,
I’m having a tough time getting my pages to display in the order that I want, and to get some of my sub-pages to drop down from their parent page on the menu. I’ve selected the page order to correspond to what I’d like (‘About’ is page 1, ‘Catalogue’ is page 2, etc…) but the pages are still displaying in the incorrect order when you visit the site.
Additionally, I’ve created three sub-pages that should drop down under the ‘Artists’ page, and have selected ‘Artists’ as their parent page, but only one of the three drops down when hovering over the parent page at the menu.
I believe I understand how things are supposed to be configured, but please let me know if there’s something simple I’m doing incorrectly!
Thanks always,
Ben Southworth

Hi Ben!
Have you looked into creating a Custom Menu? This will allow you to drag around your pages to your desire. If you drag a page inward it will automatically set as a subpage. You can do go Appearance > Menus in your Dashboard to do this. Take a look at the link above for more information.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!

Wow, that was totally the easiest thing ever!
Thanks so much, Grace – very glad to have that taken care of!
