Page: Post Category Filiters

    So, I have been stuck for multiple hours on how to create a page that is specific to one category of posts. I have created my categories of posts and now I am struggling to filter the pages posts display by category. everywhere says its super simple but I have no access to the filters tab on my page/block editor settings. please help
