Page Preview – Then the Page itself.

Hoping you guys can help.
Is there a plug in or some kind that ables me to have a post which contains :
Header
TitlePicture
Little Preview comment
then a box that says go to post. – Which then if you click it will go to a new page with the full review / pics in etc.
For example please see this blog [link removed] – link may nsfw
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into free hosted wordpress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

If you wish you can post a thumbnail image linked to the full sized image in a post and when a visitor clicks the image they will view the full sized version. If you insert “the more tag” you can split text. Then only and excerpt will appear on the front page of your blog and when the title or comments link is clicked the whole post can be viewed on it’s own page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

Sorry for misleading you.
I do own my own FTP etc.
I use fatcow.com to host.
is there a plugin that will help for this? i have done a search and there are hundreds!
