  Hello，
  Sorry to disturb you,I am a new beginner,when I watched some videos,I found my page is different from others,
  Such as ,in the appearance,I don’t have the’ editor’ and ‘plugin’choice,but in other people pages,they have.where is mine?
  And I wanna know,if there is a Language translation in my admin page?

  You are talking about “plugin”. Be careful, this is a WordPress.ORG option, here you are on WordPress.COM.
  This link should explain the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG:

  Most of the popular plugins are included automatically within all the site hosted on WordPress.COM. Other plugins can’t be added to WordPress.COM regardless of the upgrade.

  If you want to get buttons on your site, then perhaps you may consider self-hosting WordPress.ORG.
