  I am new to blogging and I started my website on here. I already made different sites to separate the content but how do I do blog post for those?

  Here separate the content means that you have created different category so that similar post can come up in one place.

  And are you trying to make a blog page?

  If yes, then you can create a page and mark that page as your posts page so that each and every post you create comes up there. Here is the support document for that:
