Page reload doesn't reload; instead takes you to page 2!
-
When a viewer tries to reload my blog’s first page, it doesn’t reload at all but instead takes you to page 2.
This is in FF 28.0 using the standard F5 key to reload. I’ve used F5 on thousands of websites and have never seen this happen.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t experience that using Firefox 30 to view your blog and refresh the front page. You need to upgrade your outdated browser version. Go to http://browsehappy.com to do that please.

That’s not helpful unless you think I’m going to put a permanent statement at the top of the blog demanding everyone to upgrade their browser before proceeding.

Here’s a reality check for you. WordPress.com supports the browsers and versions of them found at http://browsehappy.com (Note: IE9 is still supported but not any earlier versions of it are.)

Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions
Keeping your F;ash up to date is also recommended. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
