page scrolling

I am working with Oceans theme in Elementor. On one particular section of my page while I am editing the page scrolls back up uncontrolled. Cant work on the page as I cant get to the section I want to as the page keeps going back up. Doesn’t seem to be happening on the live page. Only happens on one section on the page which is after a video insert. Seems the page keeps wanting to correct back to view the video as that is where it stops scrolling.
