Page scrolling up on its own when trying to scroll down the page

Hi!
I am having problems with my website. Whenever I try to view it in mobile, it keeps scrolling up on its own when I try to scroll down. I tried turning off the automatic transition of my carousels, but it did not solve the issue. I also tried turning off the “scroll to top” button, also not working.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
