Page Showing Up As a Post

  I used to be able to add a static Page to my Navigation on my site. I just tried to add a new Page and it showed up as a post and not in the Navigation bar. I can’t figure out at all why this is different now and how to fix it. I deleted it but want to try again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
