Page size limit

I use a page (not a post) to store details of things happening this month. I’m having trouble updating the page – the updating button goes round and round but nothing further happens.
The problem is only with a specific page, and if I remove some material I can then add further text.
Is there an upper limit on page size (currently there is a lot of text and a couple of images on the page)?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, there isn’t a limit on page size. If the page is extremely long, it may take some time to update, but you should be able to add additional content. Could you let me know the title of the page you’re referring to?

Hi Thanks for replying so quickly.
I’ve removed some text and a picture from the page and it seems to update fine now.
