Page Tab as Link – Redux

  Hi – Second attempt here. I didn’t realize pasting that code would actually create a link! Clearly, I’m new to this!

  I’d like to use a tab in the menu bar as a direct link back my company’s home page. I’ve tried entering GNS – a href=”http://www.globalnursingsolutions.com/” – but the result is a blank tab, then “GNS” both of which are clickable. I’m using the theme Contempt. Is there a way to eliminate that blank tab in front of the “GNS” tab? Many thanks in advance for any help!
