Page tabs and padding at top of page

  Is there a way to increase the page tabs at the top of the page? I have seen a blog here
  http://www.denver-realestateonline.com/
  that has the larger tabs and the page a few pixels down from the top.

  Any help is appreciated.

  if you have a wp.com blog, you could increase the size of page tabs and have the page a few pixels down with a css upgrade, i believe. but if you get the upgrade you need to know how to do css because wp.com do not provide css support.
