Page template doesn't appear in customize menu

  Page template doesn’t appear in customize menu, so I can’t choose but to have my posts appear in a column instead of occupying the whole page. How can I change it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Page template settings aren’t supposed to be present in the Customizer, and don’t affect the layout of posts. Your site is marked private so I can’t see it. What them is applied?

  “What theme is applied?”

  As musicdoc mentioned, page templates only apply to pages, not posts.

  If you’re looking to have your posts appear full-width, you’d need some custom CSS to accomplish that, since Gateway doesn’t expand posts to fill the whole page automatically, unlike newer themes. Custom CSS is available with the Premium or Business plans.

  If you’d like help finding a theme which displays posts full-width when you don’t have any sidebar widgets, just let me know and I’ll be glad to help.
