Page that I can't find on my dashboard

  There’s a page that comes up on google search : http:// http://www.nrcpicturebutte.ca/mobile/ but I can’t find it on my WordPress dashboard.
  I don’t know how to get rid of it and especially on mobile phones this is confusing for users on my site. I recognise it as a page that I made the first time I tried wordpress, but since then I uninstalled wordpress to try something else which didn’t work so I completely restarted a fresh re-install of wordpress but it’s not on the one I’m on now. I really don’t know where it comes from and I need to get rid of the page where it says ‘the website is under construction’. I tried asking my web hoster and they told me to contact Google so I tried going through the steps on google to remove the webpage but they denied it. then I posted it on Google forums and someone suggested contacting wordpress. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
