How can I update the page title of the home pages and sub pages for my site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to this title?
That title is automatically applied to your homepage. You won’t be able to update the title on the homepage. However, you can update the title on your other pages by changing the actual title of the page. For example, if you change the title of the About page here:
https://leahdurantdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1&action=edit
The changes will show up in the title area of that page.

Should be change to
http://leahdurant.com/a-face-off-between-the-nhl-and-mumps/Posts permalinks will automatically include the date. You won’t be able to change that at WordPress.com. You can, however, adjust the slug of the post (the “a-face-off-between…” part):
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/new-post-screen/#post-title-and-permalink-url

If you change the site title to “Leah Durant Vaccine Attorney,” the browser tab would read as you desire.
