Page Title and description page

  Excuse my ignorance – I have added a new page to my website and i would like to add a page title and description for that page. Could you please direct me on how to do this

  Am not sure if I understand you correctly, but if you need to modify the page that you have created, navigate to My Sites > Pages > press the page you need and edit its heading in the editor. More info is here:

  By description of a page you probably mean Excerpt as described here https://wordpress.com/support/excerpts/ ?
  If that is not what you need, please specify the URL of that page and tell us how the page description shall look like?
