Page Title- how do I dispay blog name

  How do I get my blogs name embed after every page title at the top of my browser page – like for instance the following post has:

  http://malate.wordpress.com/2011/09/14/snack-street/

  I am referring to the: “Snack street | Malate”

  Currently my blog just displays the page title – example:

  http://blog.hairextensionsclub.com/2011/05/16/does-kim-kardashian-wear-hair-extensions/

  (I hope the owner of this blog doesn’t mind me using it as an example)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change a Blog Tile and Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General
  Don’t forget to click “save Changes” when you are done.
