Page title next to content text

I’m having a bit of a problem. All my pages have the title left to the content text of the page. I would like the title to be above the rest of the page (of course under the menu bar and header).
Hope this explanation makes sense. The theme is Twenty Seventeen (2.2).Is there an existing thread about this?

I am using the open-source software. Tried to make a topic in this forum:

But can’t find the button “New Topic”. -
There’s a “log in” link in the upper right hand corner of that page. You need to be signed in to your WordPress.org account in order to post there.

Log in to your WordPress.org account from this page:
Then go to the theme’s support forum (https://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentyseventeen/) and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There, you’ll find the fields to create a new topic.
