Page Title Still in Bar but doesnt exist?

  I deleted my only “page” but its title still appears under the “pages” section. When I clikc the link, it sais “not found”. How can i fix this?

  The pages as well as your sidebar is stored in some sort of cache. It takes a little bit for them to go away, sometimes a fair amount of time. I notice that I do not see any page listed currently on your site so I’m guessing it’s been removed now.
