Page Titles & Permalinks Auto-populating

  This is a wordpress website issue. I’m using Rise theme-most recent update as of today.

  About 2 days ago I ran into an issue. I created a new blog post but it autopopulated the TITLE and PERMALINK from a previous blog post.

  When I tried to manually change both, they quickly reverted back.
  When I tried to create a new page for my website, the same issue appeared. It autopopulated the title and permalink with this previous post.

  I deactivated nearly every plugin, and still it remained. Not Yoast, not Duplicate Post, Not Theme Headline Optimizer.

  Very frustrated as I’ve torched a full days work plus on this. Can’t find any info on this issue either.

  Any thoughts?
