Page Unresponsive

hi there, I am having trouble with a second WordPress site.
I think I’m doing all the things I did for my first site but I keep getting ‘Page unresponsive’ when trying to add new pages.I have checked the forum for guidance and read up on plug ins and WordPress version. It looks like under settings my second site isn’t showing a WordPress version number.
Does anyone have any advice on what I need to do to troubleshoot this issue please?
