Page Update Delays

  Is there a specific reason on why every time I update/edit a page, and publish it, or maybe draft it— the page is updated on my end, like all the edits that I’ve made are all there, but, when accessed to a different device, or location, the page is still not updated. I’m in a different country, and my client is in the US, is that a factor? does using different devices is also a factor? or there’s a fix within wordpress? We’ve been dealing with this issue for quite some time now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
