Page update notification?

  Is there any way to receive some sort of notification when a page is changed? Not a post, but a page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you. According to the support documentation, the Email Post Changes feature also covers pages (if you check the “Pages” box)
