Page Updating

    We had a professional coder create our webpage on word press. One of our pages is located under the appearance -> custom layouts tab. When I enter code and click update it either does not work or the update button just spins, loading indefinitely. How can i get this page to update? I only have this problem on this one page.

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
