Page views increasing very rapidly & user count is low

  Views stats began going crazy on Oct 30th. Someone appears to be running a program that accesses a pair of pages repeatedly and rapidly generating low user count/high view count. This morning (it’s 9:15AM EST) my site (oaklandtownship.info) has had 10 Visitors & 12365 Views divided almost equally among 4 pages. The view numbers have increased by 243 since I began typing this message. The user Visitor count is the same. Can I find out how this is happening and how to stop it?
