Page was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from …

I’m trying to get https://kenobisays.com to work over SSL.
The problem is that resources/assets are not being loaded over SSL. I’m pretty sure this has to do with the theme. For example,
“[blocked] The page at ‘https://kenobisays.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from ‘http://s1.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/smileyproject/smileyproject.css?m=1412325662g’: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.”
I found this plugin which forces content to be loaded over SSL (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/).
However, is there a way to solve this without needing to host my own wordpress server? I’m just using kenobisays.wordpress.com right now.
Can I install plugins on kenobisays.wordpress.com?

Can I install plugins on kenobisays.wordpress.com?
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/See here for a full comparison WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM like yours.
If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

We don’t currently have any way to attach an SSL to a custom domain. We are continuing to research how this might be a possibility in the future, but at the present time it isn’t something which we can put in to place.
