  Hi, i am still new to wordpress and interested to make a page where my fans can also submit their article or photos/videos? How do I make this?

  As an Admin of a blog, one can set up comment moderation first https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation. Then your visitors can submit URLs to images hosted somewhere online into comments on your posts. Then you can moderate your comments approve them or not just as you do any comment.

  Your friends can post comments containing links to media like images and videos that are already hosted online and you can approve them. See also https://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/embeds/
