Page with links that link to new page

Ok, on my “recipes” page I want to be able to list links of the names of recipes and when you click on each name have a page open with the entire recipe such as on this person’s blog: http://heathereatsalmondbutter.com/recipes/
How do I go about doing this? Do I need to post each as a post first and then link to it? Please let me know. Thanks!

Simply create the page and then write the links in the body of that page.

And yes, the recipes would have to be published as posts otherwise there is nothing to link to.

Yes, you would write your recipes as posts, the link to the posts on your recipe page.
You would have to make each link yourself and update it as you add more recipes.
If you want to have a list of all your posts, you can use this shortcode to make an index automatically:
