Page with redirect not indexed

    Hello all,

    I’ve created an online shop using the WordPress engine and the WooCommerce plugin. Everything works fine after being well-tuned.

    Now I inspect my website using different tools and find a strange issue:

    • Google Search Console says that the Shop page of the website is not indexed: “Page with redirect. These pages aren’t indexed or served on Google”.
    • I use some SEO optimization software that marks this page with the warning: “Response Codes: Internal Redirection (3xx) ”.

    Bug pages have address my_site/shop/, my_site/shop/1/ etc.

    This situation is very sad because the Shop page could be a perfect cornerstone content page and should be indexed. I read a lot about it and found different suggestions, but all of them refer to different issues: from “http” link to “https” page to default PHP function parameters.

    I’m wondering if somebody faced the same issue in WordPress + WooCommerce and found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated.
