Page won’t publish

  Please help me understand why when I click on my blog page in the menu located on my homepage it just opens up the homepage again, instead of the recipe I just posted?
  I have the Orvis theme, if that helps. Thanks!

  @unashippey did you still need help with this? I don’t see a blog link in the menu on your home page currently.
