Page won't update
-
I launched my website yesterday and it looks great and was working perfectly until this afternoon. I have installed a shopping cart widget on my ‘Store’ page which links customers directly to my Fine Art America site. Yesterday, the page was active and viewable, but today it is blank. When I view the page through my Dashboard, I can see the items in the store that are available for sale, however, when I logout of my page and access the website as I would expect a customer to do, the Store page is empty and does not show any of my items. I have attempted to do the following to remedy the problem:
– I have checked to see if I have any caching plugins installed on my page and do not,
– I have deleted my browsing history on my server,
– I have deleted the fine art code and reentered it and updated the page
– I have logged out and viewed the page with this update and I still have no store items (but the store continues to be viewable in my dashboard).Can anyone help me with this problem?

Huh, sounds like something I’d get a moderator to weigh in on…
Try typing “modlook” into the sidebar tags on this forum thread, this will flag your issues for support from the Happiness Engineers.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question?
Some issues require staff member help. If you see or add a thread that you know needs staff intervention, you can add the modlook tag to the tags area of the thread to make sure we see it.
How can I get private help?
If you have a paid upgrade, head over to our contact form and you’ll be able to put in a private support request that way. You can also ask for private help in the forums; just add the modlook tag so staff will see your request and we can email you directly.
Is there phone or live chat support?We currently only offer support by email and forums except for users who have purchased the WordPress.com Business Plan. Users with the Business Plan have access to live chat support. Read more about live chat support.

@silvaela2005
What we need in order to even begin to help you is to have you post the exact URL of the site you refer to.Then we can verify hosting and begin to assist. -
@forevermelody
If you do not have an answer that you have verified as a correct one then please leave the threads for experienced Volunteers to respond to rather than advising everyone to type modlook into the sidebar. -

This site http://fineartamerica.com/ is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it.
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
