  I have pages setup on the top of my page and I want to move my stories to different pages. For example, local stories on my main page and the readers could click state and get state stories and national to get national stories. It looks like pages is one page not continuous stories like my main page. Please advise.

  Ok what you need to do is create a custom menu. Do you know how to do that? You need all your categories in there, or at least the ones you want to look at. That’s an interesting site you have.
