I created a new page titled “Christianity 101: The Simplified Christian Life” under the category “Books” on my WordPress website (http://davidnwalker.com). My dashboard shows it under “Books,” but the website itself doesn’t display it at all. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Troubleshooting – My Pages and/o Sub-pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private not drafts
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

Posts are categorizes, Pages are not. If you created a post and put it under a category, once published it should appear in that category. I see that you have many posts that are uncategorized.
If you haven’t published the post, it would not appear until published. I see that you are setting the dates back in history, which is fine, but it can make it difficult to see specific posts on the front page of the site. I did a search for “101” and the post or Page did not appear, so I believe it did not publish.
Edit the post and check the date and category to ensure it is set in the right spots, and check to ensure it is published. If it is, but still not appearing, try copying the content and creating a new post and publishing it in the Books category without playing with the date (you can do that later) and see if that works.
I also recommend you add Books to the main navigation menu (Appearance > Menus) and/or display the Category Widget in the sidebar to help the visitor find categorized content. (Appearance > Widgets > Categories)

I also checked and you have no category called “Books” http://davidnwalker.wordpress.com/category/books I can’t find any of your posts in any category except Uncategorized. I recommend you move them into appropriate categories.
